From the Des Moines Register & Tribune, August 1986: "Robert C Boudewyns, 77, of 2912 - 53rd St., died of a heart attack Thursday at Mercy Hospital Medical Center. Services will be at 10:00 a.m. Saturday at St. Theresa's Catholic Church. Burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mr. Boudewyns was a lifelong resident of Des Moines. He retired in 1968 from Bankers Trust Co. and was a member of St. Theresa's Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus - Bishop Daly Council No. 644 and Dowling Club."
