NORTH OGDEN - Grant Edward Berrett, 64, of 2350 N. 600 E., died Tuesday afternoon in the McKay Hospital following an extended illness.
Mr. Berrett was born Oct. 4, 1909, in North Ogden, a son of Thomas F. and Harriet Lydia Brown Berrett. He had been employed for 33 years as sexton of the North Ogden Cemetery prior to retiring.
Surviving are three brothers; Donald T. Berrett, North Ogden; Maruice A. Berrett, Taylor, Utah; Mark R. Berrett, Greeley, Colo.; three sisters, Mr. F. James (Norma) Garner Paul, Idaho; Mrs. Henry (Myrtle) Maathuis; Ogden; Mrs. Gerald A. (Doris) Wright, North Ogden.
Friend may call at the Myers Mortuary in Ogden Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. and the ward chapel Friday one hour prior to services. Burial in the North Ogden Cemetery.
