Mr. Woodrow Brown Master carpenter
Mr. Woodrow Wilson Brown, 81, of 2520 Deans Bridge Road, died Monday, Sept. 27, 1999, at his residence.
Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday, at Hillcrest Memorial Park with the Rev. Larry Johns officiating.
Mr. Brown, a native of Barnwell, was a master carpenter. He was an Army and Marine Corps veteran of World War II. He was a member of the National Rifle Association and the Academy of Model Aeronautics.
Survivors include two daughters, Thelma B. Leaptrotte, Augusta, and Virginia B. Wolbach, Bath, Penn.; and eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Gregory Leaptrotte, Michael Leaptrotte, Jeffery Leaptrotte, John Leaptrotte, Jack James and Mack McArthur.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. today at Starling-Hatcher Funeral Home.
