03/04/18 Contrary to the death certificate and obituary, contributor Toppage (48145926) suggests James Murray 1868-1944 was Mildred's father. However, my own research shows the following regarding her mother's history:

Annie Flint (age 23) married Theo Murry (age 30) on 21 March 1897 in Shelby Co., then, as a widow, was married to Lee L. Beade (who died in 1909) on 27 May 1903 in Marion Co., IN. Annie then married F(erdinand) Adolph Guth on 23 Sept. 1916.

The death notice of the James Murray (suggested as Mildred's father) in Evansville newspaper shows his survivors as wife, Maggie, daughter Clara and step-son, Moses. There is no mention of Mildred as a survivor.
