Mrs John Bailey, Marshal, funeral services for Mrs. John Bailey, 79,(DOVIE WILSON BAILEY) who died Sunday morning at her home on Marshal RFD 1, after a long illness will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. in Caney Fork Baptist Church, the Rev Robert Vaughn will officate and burial will be in family cemetery. Grandsons will be pallbearers and Granddaughters will be flower bearers. She was a native and lifelong resident of Madison County, a member of the Baptist Church, and the daughter of the late Thomas and Jane Wilson , surviving are the husband two daughters, Mrs Fessie Payne (FlOTA BAILEY PAYNE ) of Marshal, Mrs Alvin Edwards OF West Asheville, four sons Curtis of West Asheville, L.M. and Jesse of Marshall RFD 1 and Hardy of Detroit Mich. Also one brother, James Wilson of Marshal, RFD 1, 59 Grandchildren,41 Great-Grandchildren ,1 Great-Great Grandchild. The body will remain at the home until the funeral hour. Bowman-Rector Funeral Home is in charge
