"Mrs Elizabeth Bristowe died Apr. 4 at her son F.M. "Bob" Bristow's on Flat Creek. Her death was due to old age. She was buried at the Wright graveyard near Craigs on Apr. 5. She was born Nov 28, 1817 , her father a settler from Virginia., who raised a large family of whome three survive: James Albert Wright of Flat Creek, Mrs. Jane Wells of Jones' Branch, and Mrs. Alvira Hart of Olympia. Ambrose L. Wright, Mrs. David Shrout and Mrs. John Bohanan were brother and sisters. She was first married to Arnold Johnson. Five children by him: William and Marshall Johnson of Montgomery county, Mrs. Abe Goodpastor of Craigs, Mrs. Lewis Sutton and Mrs. Isaac Shrout of Jessamine county. Second married to Andrew Bristow; surviving children, F.M. "Bob" Bristow of Flat Creek, and Mrs. Alice Page of Jessamine county.
Her parents were Flemsted Wright and Cynthia Sharpe.
