He is survived by wife Gladys P.; sons Joseph Jr. and Kekoa; daughters Iwalani Ahuna and Renee Cabrinha; sisters Julia Williams, Martina Whitehead, Catherine Kelekolio, Laverne Pukahi, Thelma Kamae and Leilima Hutchinson; 23 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. Services: 11:30 a.m. Saturday at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Laie North Stake Center. Call after 9 a.m. Burial: 2:30 p.m. at Valley of the Temples
