The east-facing side of a quadruple-faced red sandstone marker. This marker is the oldest one at Mount Olivet Cemetery. In all, 7 generations of the Howlett and O'Hayre families are buried near this stone. The Howlett and O'Hayre families were great friends of Fr. Joseph Machebeuf and lived for several years on his ranch, the ranch that later became Mount Olivet Cemetery.
