Married February 15, 1896 in Pennsylvania.
Have been told she was no stranger to doing hard work.
She was also an extremely good cook while in the kitchen. (canned lots of different things such as fruits and vegetables, also made their jellies and jams too)
She was also able to sew all of the families clothes.
She even taught all of their children while at home, even before their schooling had had the chance to begin.
She absolutely loved flowers and plants, took care of her own flower garden.
She was also a very religious woman.
