Dennie E. Crabtree was born on December 1, 1935 in Sickles, OK to E.W. and Appie (Jones) Crabtree. He passed away on January 6, 2015 in Hinton, OK at the age of 79.
Dennie grew up in the Lookeba-Sickles area. He farmed East of Hinton and was a retired truck driver. He also helped manage Kimberly’s Restaurant for 10 years.
Survivors Include: his wife Lena Mae Crabtree of Hinton, OK , his children: Beverly Woods and husband Larry of Moore, OK, and Jimmy Crabtree of OKC,OK, his step children: Sonny Gathers and wife Shirley of Hinton, OK, Sheila Break and husband Randy of Cyril, OK, Donna Thomas of Englewood, CO, and Randy Gathers of Binger, OK, his nephew David Crabtree and wife Danis of Arapaho, OK , his niece Connie Crabtree Beaver, his sister, Louise Legette, a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, E.W. and Appie Crabtree, his brothers, Sam and David Crabtree, and his sister, Jackie Fowler.
