WILSON -- Services for Fred Fait Allison, 67, will be 10 a.m. Monday at Pentecostal Church of God with the Rev. Sid Bazzrea and the Rev. Mike Webb officiating. Interment will follow at Hewitt Cemetery.

Born July 8, 1932, at Carnegie to Willard Fait and Lucille Evelyn Clayton Allison, he died Sept. 2, 1999, at Healdton. He was preceded in death by a brother, Clayton Allison, in 1999.

He married Judy Eloise Powell on Sept. 2, 1950, at Gainesville, Texas.

Allison was reared at Ardmore, where he attended school. He served in the United States Army from 1950 until 1952 during the Korean War. Following his military service, he and his wife lived at Ardmore and Oklahoma City and moved to California in 1959 where he was a maintenance mechanic at Tilly-Lewis Foods. He retired after 26 years of service. In 1983 he and his wife returned to Wilson, where they owned and operated Allison¹s Quick-Way until two years ago. Allison was a member of the United Brotherhood of Chauffeurs and Warehouseman Teamsters Union No. 748 and the Lone Grove Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 4574.

Survivors include his wife, of the home; two sons, Fred Lynn Allison, Seattle, and Don Allison, Ardmore; one sister, Alice Love Modesto, Calif.; three brothers, Charles Allison, Burneyville, Mike Allison, Dickson, and Jerry Allison, Ardmore; five grandsons; and three great-grandchildren.

Bearers are Rick Brown, Clay Allison, Michael Allison, Jimmy Powell, Mike Powell and Gary Presley.

Services are under the direction of Alexander Funeral Home.
