Pansy Hubbard Milburn passes away.
Tuesday afternoon December 21, 1920, Mrs. Pansy Milburn, wife of Ira Milburn was suddenly stricken with a stroke rupturing a blood vessel causing a hemorrhage of the braina nd bringing instant death.
Mrs. Milburn was apparently in the best of health and had spoken of feeling better than she had for some time. Twenty minutes before her death she was singing and she went about her work, sweeping floors and washing dishes.
The deceased was born in Beford County, Virginia, February 20, 1880, and came with her parents to Haskell County, Kansas in 1887. She lived in Haskell county until 1893, when her parents moved to Stevens County, Kansas, where she spent her girlhood days.
In the spring of 1902, (4-23-1902 Morton Co., KS) she was married to Ira Milburn and moved to Morton County to live. Ten children were born to this union. She was laid to rest in the Dermot Cemetery.
