Mary Sue Heslep Cromer, 89, of Christiansburg, died Saturday, April 15, 1995 at Vencor Hospital, in Greensboro, N.C. Mrs. Cromer was born in Montgomery County, Va. on May 21, 1905, a daughter of the late Frank A. and Fannie Carter Heslep. She is survived by one daughter, Betty Jean Cromer, Radford; five sons, Irvin Cromer and his wife, Margaret, Salem, Marvin Cromer, Elliston, Clarence Cromer, Troutville, Fred Cromer, Christiansburg, Donald Cromer and his wife, Shirley, Shawsville; 15 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, April 18, 1995 at 11 a.m. in the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. Homer D. Sawyer and Rev. John W. Smith officiating. Burial will follow in the North Fork Baptist Church Cemetery, Ellett. The family will receive friends Monday evening from 7 to 9 p.m. at the McCoy Funeral Home, Blacksburg.
