AZCONA, Daniel A. - Age 45, passed from this life peacefully on September 29, 2005 after a courageous four-year battle with thyroid cancer. Dan will be remembered for his fighting spirit and great zest for life, which was an inspiration to all. We will miss him immensely, but are grateful his suffering has ended. He is survived by his loving wife of 17 years, Beth; his parents, Mike and Margaret; siblings Peggy, Mike, Chris, Julie, Teresa, many nieces and nephews and Travis. Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, 322 St. James Dr. at Park Blvd., Piedmont, Mon., Oct. 3rd at 9:00 AM, and Mass of Christian Burial at Corpus Christi immediately following at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery, Lafayette, CA. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the American Cancer Society or to Corpus Christi Church.
