He was born May 6, 1900, at California, Mo., and spent his early years there. On April 13, 1943, he married Ruth Unglaub at Yellville, Ark. Following marriage they moved to Des Moines, Iowa, in 1944 and to Manson in September 1945.
Mr. Anderson had been active in orcharding until 1976. He served as night watchman for Trout Inc. until his retirement in 1977.
Survivors include his wife, Ruth, at home; four sons, Allen and Alvin, both of Manson, Frank of Chelan and Gary of Pateros; one sister, Nora Gilmore, Spokane; and 10 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two brothers.
