There will be visitation after 2 p.m. Sunday in Reynolds Funeral Home.
Funeral rites will be held Monday afternoon with a prayer service at 1:45 and services at 2 p.m. in the Ebenezer Reformed Church. The Rev. Harry Buis will officiate and burial will be in Grove Hill Cemetery.
Josie Newendyke was born in Fulton Oct. 15 (25), 1891, the daughter of Jabbes and Winnie Newendyke. She was reared and educated in Fulton and was united in marriage with Henry Eizenga Sept. 28, 1911 in Garden Plain. They had resided in Morrison the past 30 years. He preceded her in death December 1969.
Mrs. Eizenga was a member of the Ebenezer Reformed Church. Surviving are three daughters and one son, Mrs. John (Agnes) Jansema, Mrs. Paul (Phernie) Tichler, and Mrs. John (Loretta) Hook, all of Morrison, Marvin Eizenga of Fulton. There are 23 grandchildren and 33 great grandchildren. She also leaves two sisters, Mrs. Louis Buikema and Mrs. John Voss of Fulton.
Preceding in death were her husband, three sisters and four brothers, Gertrude, Elizabeth, Annie, Harry, John, Edward, and Henry.
