Felix D. Arnold
ACKERMAN-Funeral services for Felix Dewitt Arnold, 79, were held Nov. 10 at Enon Cumberland Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Roy Moore and Rev. Clayton Hall officiating. Burial followed in Enon Cemetery under the direction of Adams Nowell Funeral Home.
Mr. Arnold died Nov. 9 at the Choctaw County Hospital in Ackerman.
He was a native of Attala County and was the husband of Mrs. Willie B. Arnold of Ackerman. Mr. Arnold was a member of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church, a Mason and was a retired Texaco Oil distributor.
Survivors, in addition to his wife, are a daughter, Mrs. Mary Agnes Tribble of Jackson; four sons, Meredith D. Arnold of Grand Blane, Mich., Dr. John Kenneth Arnold of Valley Center, Kans., William Oscar Arnold of Ackerman and the Rev. Felix Aubry Arnold of Durant; a sister, Mrs. Mary Ann Curry of Jackson and eight grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Cecil Cockrell, James McAdams, Billy Perry McGaugh, William McClure, Lyndal Black and Thomas E. Jones.
