Melouise B. Aikens, 54, died May 8, 2008, at her home. She was a resident of Fort Pierce for many years before moving to Boynton Beach.
She graduated from Fort Pierce Central High School and attended Indian River Community College.
Survivors include husband, Willie Lee Aikens of Boynton Beach; son, Willie Deon Aikens of Tampa; daughter, Sonya Scott of Tampa; sister, Corrine Johnson of Fort Pierce; and brothers, Melvin Parrish and Thomas Brown, both of Fort Pierce.
SERVICES: Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. May 16 at Shuler Memorial Chapel in Delray Beach. A service will be at 11 a.m. May 17 at St. Paul AME Church in Boynton Beach, with the Rev. Anthony Elwood officiating. Burial will be in Boynton Beach Cemetery.
