"Death of Elizabeth Badorf.
Miss Elizabeth Badorf, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Clement Badorf, residing on East Main street, Lititz, died on Wednesday morning at 2:15 o'clock of consumption. She had been ailing for some time, but was only confined to bed a short time. She was born near the Rothsville station, in Warwick township, but the greater part of her life was spent at Lititz. Her age was twenty-eight years, 4 months and 12 days. Since she was six years old she attended the Moravian Sunday School and in 1897 joined the Moravian church. She worked several years at the Lititz Springs Underwear Mills, and Keystone Knitting Mills, and worked a short time at the Consumers' Box Board and Paper Company and the Animal Trap Company, until she was compelled to stop in March on account of her health. She was a member of the Sunshine Circle of King's Daughters and Morning Star Temple No. 70, Ladies of the Golden Eagle. She was on the flower committee of the Moravian church for years. Her parents, one sister, Martha, and one brother, Owen, survive. Funeral services will be held on Saturday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock at the house and 2 o'clock in the Moravian church. Interment will be made in the Moravian cemetery."

Elizabeth Badorf was born on Aug. 26, 1879, near Rothsville Station in Warwick Twp., a daughter of Clement and Selinda (Bruckhart) Badorf. She never married and was employed as an industrial worker. She died on Jan. 8, 1908 and is buried in the 1884 section of the Lititz Moravian Cemetery, Plot 5, lot 4.
