Services for Walter P. Binz, 83, of 148 E. Huisache Ave., who died Thursday, will be at 3 p.m. Saturday in Reibe-Saunders Funeral Home. Burial will be in St. John's Lutheran Cemetery.
Member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Anchor Lodge No. 424, 32nd degree member San Antonio Scottish Rite, Alsafar Shrine Temple and a life member of the Turner Club. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Nellie Mahula Binz; a son, LeRoy W. Binz, San Antonio; two brothers, Hugo Binz, San Antonio and Gilbert Binz of New Braunfels; four sisters, Mrs. Stella Wildman, Mrs. Paula Janick, Mrs. Frieda Schuwirth and Mrs. Ella Schick, all of San Antonio; two granddaughters, Mrs. Vickie Lambert, Austin, Texas and Christine Elizabeth Binz of San Antonio; and two great-grandchildren.
