He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry Harrison Caldwell and Bertha Adeline (Girdner) Caldwell, his son, Frank William Caldwell, his siblings, Fred Henry Caldwell, Marie Gertrude (Caldwell) Wainwright, Hazel Josephine (Caldwell) Johnson, James Harrison Caldwell, Opal Dorthy (Lusk) Sallee and Warren Lorenzo Lusk.
