Mr. Caldwell is survived by his wife of 60 years of marriage, Maxine Virginia (Brannon) Caldwell, his sons, Paul Caldwell and Steve Caldwell, his daughter, Pat Caldwell, his stepdaughter, Judy Brackett, his brother, Charles Caldwell, his sisters, Melissa Ann (Caldwell) Knox and Macy Caldwell.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry Harrison Caldwell and Bertha Adeline (Girdner) Caldwell, his son, Frank William Caldwell, his siblings, Fred Henry Caldwell, Marie Gertrude (Caldwell) Wainwright, Hazel Josephine (Caldwell) Johnson, James Harrison Caldwell, Opal Dorthy (Lusk) Sallee and Warren Lorenzo Lusk.
