Bernie was the son of Robert "Bob" Lee Andrew Anderson and Pearl Anna (Harris) Anderson.
Bernie and Ada Melinda Ellison were united in marriage on June 17, 1925 in Crosbyton, Crosby County, Texas. Together they had three children.

2--Ronald "Ron" Keith [1932-2005]
3--Peggy Gail [1935-????]
