Graveside services for Dale E. Barbour, 45, are scheduled at Felton Cemetery Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. Barbour, a native of Missouri, died Tuesday in Los Angeles. Survivors include four children, Colleen, Laurel, Kelly and David Barbour; his mother, Roberta Accardi of Felton. and a sister, Merle Devine of San Jose. Irvin M. Smith and Sons Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
