Edna Bailey

Edna Bailey, 84, of Columbia died late Saturday after noon in a local hospital after a lengthy illness.

Mrs. Bailey was born in Salt Lake City and had lived in Columbia since 1963.

She is survived by four daughters, Edna Vanderwiel of Columbia, Berniece Banks of Alameda, Josephine Elliott of Stockton and Helen Ryner of Washington D. C.

She also leaves two sons, Gordon of Nevada and L.C. of Arizona, and 13 grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

Private services were held this morning at 10 with cremation at Casa Bonita in Stockton.

Local arrangements were under the direction of Terzich-Wilson Funeral home.
