Lutheran Church, Flandreau, S.D. Pastor Joel Xavier officiated.
Skroch Funeral Chapel, Flandreau, S D , was in charge of arrangements.
Jack Jay Crouch was born July 27, 1933 at Primghar, to Ivyl and Ethel McGee Crouch He graduated from
Primghar High School and married Lorraine Dreessen on July 10, 1955 at Luverne, Mn. They lived in Primghar where he drove truck for Roy Edwards. They moved to Luverne in 1958 where he farmed with his father in-law. In 1961 they moved to Worthington, Mn. where he worked for Cargill. In 1964 they moved to Rushmore, Mn., where he started working for Armour & Co. and in 1965 became a hog buyer in Worthington, Mn., then in Pipestone in 1966, Browns Valley, Mn. from 1966-1970, Trimont, Mn. from 1970-1979, and in 1979 started working and buying for John Morrell Co in Sioux Falls, S.D., where he lived in Baltic from 1979-1981, moving to Flandreau in 1981 and continued buying until cancer forced him to quit working July 1, 1996.
Jack was a member of Our Savior's Lutheran Church and Flandreau Masonic Lodge #11 AF and AM.
He is survived by his wife, Lorraine of Flandreau, S.D.; three sons, Michael and wife Lori of Lake Crystal, Mn., Alan and wife Theresa of Good Thunder, Mn., and Jason and wife Jacque of Black Hawk, S.D.;
one daughter, Noreen, Mrs. Dexter Jorgensen Burbank, S.D.; nine grandchildren, Nathan, Nicholas, Danial, Rachel, Heather, Ashley, Christa, Kelley and Josse; one brother, Donald wife Carol of Las Vegas, Nv.; three sisters, Joyce (Mrs. Lawrence) Bethel of Pueblo, Co., Peggy Watts and Mona Miller, both of
Primghar; one sister-in-law, Mrs. Dale (Cathie) Crouch of Primghar; and mother-in-law, Agnes Dreessen of Port Orchard, Wa.
