He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Ebbie Perry; two sons, James Perry and Robert Perry of Mayfield; one daughter, Mrs. Melvin Culver, Benton; two sisters, Mrs. Jesse McClure and Mrs. Elmer Motheral; and three grandchildren.
