Helen C. Lantz, 74, of York, died Monday at her home. She was the wife of the late Stanley S. Lantz. The service will be 11 a.m. Thursday at the Heffner Funeral Chapel and Crematory Inc., 1551 Kenneth Road, York. Burial will be in Bethany United Methodist Cemetery. Viewing will be 9 to 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Lantz was born July 14, 1927, in York. She was the daughter of the late Earl Mansberger and the late Edna D. Ed leblute. She worked at Simon Corp. Photo Finishing.
She was a member of West York Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 8951 Ladies Auxiliary, Eagles F.O.E. of York Aerie 183 and Ramblers Club of Lewisburg.
Mrs. Lantz is survived by three daughters, Betty L. Brenner and Charmaine I. Wise, both of York, and Rose M. Robinson of Brogue; two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; three brothers, Wilbur Mansberger of Potter County, Ray Mansberger and Clarence Mansberger, both of York Haven; and three sisters, Zelda Fishel of Elizabethtown, Elsie Markley of York and Ruth Smith of Manchester.
Officiating at the service will be the Rev. Edward J. Rownad, of Rohlers Assembly of God.
