DAYTONA BEACH -- Christina Joan Woolfenden, 75, of North Halifax Avenue, a retired registered nurse and nursing home administrator, died Friday at home. Mrs. Woolfenden, a native of Bayonne, N.J., came here in 1993 from North Carolina. She was a member of Our Lady of the Lourdes Catholic Church. Survivors include a son, Zachary DeRusso, Daytona Beach; a brother, Albert Gallucci, Nevada; and a sister, Paula Schurtz, Eustis. Memorial donations may be made to the Arthritis Foundation, 125 S. Swoope Ave., Suite 107, Maitland, FL 32751. Woodward, Holly Hill, is in charge.
