Uncle Phillip was one of 10 children born to Orville Jonathan and Margaret Mobley Binford.
He was a Washington State Park employee, a carney, and Merchant Marine. While a Merchant Marine he crossed the "29th parallel" and had his ear pierced.
He and his wife Francis traveled all over the US and Mexico, usually by hopping the rails.
An interesting man who led an "interesting" life.
