Eugene was the oldest child of Henry and Gladys Kispaugh Allyn. He graduated high school at Northeast Bradford. He went into to the Navy right out of high school. Spent time in Veit Nam. When he came home he worked at a saw mill, for the state road crew, and for the feed mill in Wysox.
He married Ruth Elaine Taylor 8 Dec. 1973. They had a buetiful baby girl 4 Nov 1975. Gene died three months later. 2 Feb 1976 He would have been a great father.
