Minnie's parents are Mr. & Mrs. Frederick Joern. Her parents immigrated to America when she was 4 years old and she lived most of her life in Chicago, Illinois. She married John H. Kolb 22 February 1899 in Chicago, Cook Co., Illinois and they had three children (possibly five, as two may have died shortly after birth): Henry J., Clara, George. She was a member of the Mystic Lodge in Tampico and died at age 39.
