Edgar W. Baldwin, 63, died at his home in Aspers Saturday morning at 11:50 o'clock of a heart attack. He had been in ill health for a year and was under a physician's care.
A son of the late Elmer and Mary (Cooley) Baldwin, he was an employe of the Duffy-Mott plant in Aspers for eight years. He was a World War 1 veteran and a member of the Ira E. Lady Post 262, American Legion of Biglerville.
Surviving are his wife, the former Esther I. McKinney: four children, Mrs. Merle Fissel, Arendtsville; Dean Baldwin, Biglerville R. 1; Elvin Baldwin, Biglerville, and Vernal Baldwin, at home, and a sister, Miss Margie Baldwin, Aspers.
Funeral services Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the Dugan Funeral Home. Bendersville, with the Rev. Norman L. Marden officiating.
Interment in the Bendersville Cemetery.
