Born August 15, 1920 in New York City, daughter of the late Frank and Maria (Riva) Ferrando, she was a life long resident of Glastonbury.
She graduated from the Glastonbury school system and attended hairdressing school. Prior to her retirement, she was a Centrex Telephone Supervisor for the State of Connecticut for thirty-five years. Linda was a lifetime member of the John Tom Hill Community Club.
She is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law Frank and Sandra Baiardi of Manchester and Michael Terragna of New Hampshire, a brother and sister-in-law Reno and Zella Ferrando of Glastonbury, her grandchildren James and Lori Baiardi and Susan Baiardi, and three great-grandchildren Tyler, Cameron, and Brenden.
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday (September 8, 2010) at 10:00 a.m. in the Buckingham Congregational Church, 16 Cricket Lane, Glastonbury.
Burial will follow in Green Cemetery, Glastonbury.
Friends may call at Mulryan Funeral Home, 725 Hebron Avenue, Glastonbury, on Tuesday (September 7, 2010) from 4:00-8:00 p.m.
