Charles T. Bartlett, 65, Spanish-American war veteran, died at 10:45 o'clock Friday morning at the Pershing hospital at the Soldier's Home, death resulting from gangrenous poisoning in both limbs. He had been bedfast since his admission to the Burkett institution on June 7 of this year, from Superior, Neb. So far as is known, there are no immediate surviving relatives. Arrangements for the funeral have not been completed.
