Todd Allen Hines, 42, a lifetime resident of Barstow, died Wednesday July 30, 2003 at home in Barstow. Todd was born Jan. 23, 1961 in Barstow.He was an electronic technician with Raytheon at Fort Irwin for 22 years. He loved his family and was happiest when he was with them and his two dogs. He enjoyed woodworking, rock music and reading.Survivors include his wife, Dawn Hines of Barstow; son, Todd Hines Jr. of Barstow; mother, Donna Hines of San Antonio, Texas; father, Ted Hines of Barstow; mother and father-in-law, Alice and Zane Smith of Barstow; grandmother, Mary Hines of Barstow; sister, Debbie and her husband Kevin Keller of Rancho Santa Fe, Calif.; nephews, Bobby and Jackson Keller of Rancho Santa Fe; sister, Melanie and her husband Joe LaVache of Key West, Fla.; brother-in-law, Zane Smith Jr. of Bakersfield; sister-in-law, Amy Smith of Bakersfield; nephew, Christopher Smith of Bakersfield; niece, Charlotte Smith of Bakersfield; nephews, Jacob and Josh Kincaid of Barstow; uncle, Mike Hines of Barstow; aunt, Pam Hines of Barstow; aunt, Barbara Benton of London, Ark.; uncle, Bill Benton of London, Ark.; along with numerous friends that he considered family.
