Willoughby Heath was born Loudoun Co, VA, 19th December, 1805 and died 28th April, 1879, Champaign Co; he came to Ohio early in life; married 1824 Miss Prudence Rogers by whom he had 11 children. In 1873, his wife died while on a visit to friends in Logan Co; he married a second time and moved to Mercer Co. Buried Concord Cemetery.
