James E. Souder, 63, Noble, died Saturday, December 1, 1990 at 4:20 a.m. at Richland Memorial Hospital.

Arrangements are being handled by Hosselton Bookhout & Engelmeier Funeral Home in Noble.

Services were held at 10 a.m. today (Monday) at the funeral home, with the Rev. Bill Rennels officiating. Burial was held in Hanna Cemetery in rural Noble.

Mr. Souder was born December 25, 1926 in luka, the son of James and Ola Mae (Coble) Souder. He married Mabel Wease August 17, 1985. She lives in Noble.

He was a retired auto mechanic and a member of the Glenwood Church in Noble.

Surviving, in addition to his spouse, are two sons, Dennis Souder, Noble, Darrell Souder, Olney; three daughters, Loretta Norton, Pekin, Brenda Fulk, Noble, Glenda Wiegand, Mascoutah; one brother, George Souder, Indianapolis, Ind.; two sisters, Jackie Collins, Milford, Ind, Eva McStoots, Streator; and 10 grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, six brothers, and one sister.
