Charles Clifton (Chuck) Patterson, 72, passed away Sunday at the Burgin Nursing Manor in Olney, following a lengthy illness.

He was a lifelong resident of the Glenwood community.

Surviving are his wife, Clora; three sons, Floyd and Glenn of Noble, and Carmon of Dixon; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Also surviving is a sister, Mrs. Hattie Kinkade of Olney and a half-brother, P. J. Patterson of Noble.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Chapel of the Noble Funeral Home, with Bro. Gene Everett officiating. Burial will be in Hanna Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home.
