Clarence was the son of Hans Peder BROCHER and Eva Margaret WEBER.

Clarence was born at Merrill, Lincoln Co., Wisconsin on 22 September 1902; died at Two Rivers, Manitowoc Co., Wisconsin on 12 June 1994, last resided at Green Bay, Brown Co., Wisconsin [Wisc. Births and Christenings, 1826-1926, online; Soc. Sec. Rec., issued Wisc., Cd-Rom].

Clarence was enumerated with his parents at Merrill from 1905 to 1910 and at Two Rivers in 1920 where he was buffer and factory worker [1920 US Census; 1920 Manitowoc Co. Dir., p. 369].

Clarence married Margaret Josephine STARR on 24 Oct. 1922 at Two Rivers, Manitowoc Co., Wisconsin [Manitowoc Herald News, 24 Oct. 1922, page 10]. The reception was held at the home of the bride.

During WWII Clarence worked at Mirro Aluminum Factory at Two Rivers.

Clarence and Margaret resided there in October 1978 [Obituary of his sister, Selinde].

They had no issue.
