RANDALL W. COLLEY

Mr. Colley was born in Elyria on June 20, 1954. He was a lifelong resident of this area. He was a graduate of Lorain Admiral King High School in 1974. He served in the U.S. Army as a E-4 during the Vietnam War era. He was stationed in Germany.

He was a member of American Legion Post 30. An avid gun enthusiast, he was a member of National Rifle Association. He was also a World War II history buff and enjoyed learning about airplanes. He was a member of New Haven Baptist Church in Sheffield. He worked as a material handler at Genei Plastic Recycling Elyria for three years and prior to that worked at the American Crucible for 14 years. He also had been employed at Ceva Logistics.

He is survived by his daughter, Madison A. Colley of Lorain, his mother, Bertha I. (Bea) (nee Sprinkle) Colley Williams; brothers George D. (Dennis) Colley and Timothy W. (Tim) Colley, both of Lorain; his fiancee, Linda J. Nagy of Lorain; niece, Melissa R. Colley; and nephew, Dennis L. Colley. Mr. Colley was preceded in death by his wife, Bonnie L. (nee Demich) Colley, in 1998; his father, George J. Colley; a sister, Lisa Williams; and his stepfather, Ray H. Williams.

Friends may call Thursday, Feb. 28, 2008, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Schwartz, Spence, Boyer & Cool Home For Funerals, 1124 W. Fifth St., Lorain. Funeral services will be in the funeral home on Friday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Deacon David Lumadue of the new Haven Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will be Monday, March 3, 2008, in Huntington Cemetery in Huntington Township.

The family suggest that memorial contributions may be made to the Madison Colley Benefit Trust at any Lorain National Bank branch.
