The other case referred to in our heading was a very heart rendering one. The victim was an innocent child, a pretty little girl aged 3 years, 3 months and 3 days and was a daughter of William Reseburg of Kiel, town of Schleswig, Manitowoc County and the fatal accident occurred on April 21st. the mother and little one went to visit a friend and neighbor half mile distant, and the child in its wanderings stumbled on the improperly placed cistern cover and met a watery grave. Universal regret exists in that community.
