Mrs. Reseburg Of Kiel Summoned On Thursday Evening
Kiel—(Special)—Mrs. Ernestine Reseburg, 86, wife of the late William C. died at her home in Fifth Street, Thursday night at 6:00 o'clock. She had suffered from a stroke since Sunday.

She was born Ernestine Michler daughter of John and Dorothy Michler in Gerlitz, Germany, Apr. 25, 1853. In 1860 she came to Kiel with her parents and lived on a farm near here. She married Mr. Reseburg ??? and they lived in the city. Mr. Reseburg owned and operated the first lumber yard in the city and later ran a hotel at the corner of S. Fremont and Fifth streets. He died in 1905.

Eight children were for to the couple four of whom survived; Mrs. Clara Redemann, Miss Hulda Reseburg, both of Kiel; Walter of Seattle, Wash., andWilliam of Fond du Lac; also 12 grandchildren, five great grandchildren and one sister, Mrs. William Langmack of Milwaukee, 91 years old.

Mrs. Reseburg was one of the oldest members of St. Peter's Reformed and Evangelical church and its Frauenverein. Funeral services will be held Monday afternoon at the C. J. Meiselwitz Funeral Home and at St. Peter's Reformed and Evangelical church, the Rev. E. L. Worthman officiating with interment in the Kiel cemetery.
