Mr. Levitt was born Nov. 25, 1902, in Clay County, the son of Frank and Caddie (Rennert) Levitt. He married Estra Travis Sept. 8, 1934, in Flora and she survives.
He was a retired self-employed businessman.
Survivors include four brothers, Tillman and Carl, both of Chicago; Ronald, Flora; John, Lincoln; four sisters, Mrs. Bertha Gray, Flora; Mrs. Florence Harper, Matleson; Mrs. Virginia Jahnke, Santa Anna; and Mrs. Genelle Green, Upper Sandusky, Ohio.
He was preceded in death by his parents, three sisters and a brother.
