Serial Killer. Son of William "Bill" and Jessie Lou Green. Ricky claimed to have a brutal childhood of abuse. His first marriage would end two months after it began, with Ricky holding a knife to his wife's throat and raping her in a drunken stupor, she would leave and never return. His second wife would help him with his killing because she had a sexual pleasure of blood. Sharon Dollar Green would get 10 years probation for her role in the murders. His first victim was sixteen year old Jeffrey Davis, his other two victims were Sandra Bailey a 27 year old and Betty Jo Monroe a 28 year old, all were killed in 1985 and both women were murdered with his wife Sharon's help. These three victims would all be a life sentence for Ricky. His capitol murder charge would be for his murder in 1986 of Steven Fefferman, an advertising executive for a Fort Worth television station. Ricky was suspected of other unsolved murders though he never admitted to them. Appeals were started in 1994 and lasted throughout the next three years, until his final appeal was denied in 1997. His lethal injection would soon take place that same year. A book was written by Patricia Springer called "Blood Rush." depicting his life, it was released in 1994.
