Kenny was the only child of Kenneth Hall and Linda Kay(Jenkins)Hall.
He and some friends were hanging out under one of the river bridges that connects Little Rock and North Little Rock. The story is a mystery to me,but it goes like this: The 'friends' woke up and were cold so they all got in the one car that they had and went home..leaving Kenny (they "thought he had left"). I don't understand how they thought he left...he didn't have a car.
Anyway, Kenny was found frozen to death under the bridge. The autopsy showed neither alcohol nor drugs in his body...but no one pushed the issue of why he was left alone to die. His jacket was found hanging in a bush a little ways from him,and he had a shoe off.
I still have questions...but never got answers.

FROM THE LITTLE ROCK PAPER:
Kenny Hall,20,of 801 Parker St. North Little Rock, was found under the Rock Island bridge about 1:40 p.m. Dr.Fahmy Malak, the state medical examiner, said an autopsy would be performed on Monday.

The police said friends had been searching for Hall since Thursday. Victor Hinson,20, of 1220 West Eighteenth Street, North Little Rock, told officers he had been at the location Thursday night drinking but had passed out and couldn't remember anything. He said George Birdsong of 1206 West Ninth street, North Little Rock, had told him Hall had fallen off the railroad bridge.

Hall was a Baptist. Survivors are his father, Kenneth D. Hall of Searcy, and his mother, Mrs. Linda Kay Hall of North Little Rock.
