HARVEY BARRETT Harvey Barrett, 69, a retired carpenter, died yesterday in his home at 2546 East Petaita Way after a brief illness. Barrett, a native of Hannibal, Mo., moved to Richmond, Contra Costa County, in 1943 and to Fresno in 1952. He was an army veteran of World War I. The survivors are his widow, Marian; a daughter, Mrs. Fern Stimel of Richmond; two brothers, Thomas of Annada, Mo. and Fountain of Washington; a sister, Mrs. Mabel Brink of Hannibal; four grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 PM Wednesday in the John N. Lisle Chapel. Burial will follow in the Liberty Cemetery.
