Jennifer D. Hart, 18, of Toluca passed away at 3:47am Sunday, May 1, 2016 at OSF Richard L. Owens Hospice Home in Peoria.
She was born on July 19, 1997 in Fairfield, IL the daughter of Marty and Jacqueline McNeese Hart.
Surviving is her mother Jacqueline (Douglas) Elmore of Toluca, IL three brothers Phillip Carlton of Chillicothe, IL; Levi Hart of Clay City, IL; and Kevin Hart of Toluca, IL. Also surviving are three stepsisters Jeniffer Tillman of LaSalle-Peru, IL; Madison Elmore and Karrisa Gillman both of Streator, IL. Further surviving are her Maternal Grandparents Willie and Joyce Perry of Hermitage, TN; Paternal Grandmother Lola (Gary) Myers of Clay City, IL and Paternal Grandfather Jack (Anita) Hart of Sparland, IL along with one niece Jurney Carlton and Jurney’s mother Samantha Shelton both of Chillicothe. Her father preceded her in death on November 3, 2010.
Jennifer was currently a senior at Illinois Valley Central High School. She had the love of animals, church camps, facebook and loved spending time with her family especially her only niece Jurney.
Cremation rites have been accorded. A graveside service will be held 1pm Saturday, May 7, 2016 at Hanna Cemetery in Noble, IL. In lieu of flowers, memorials in her name may be given to OSF Richard L.
