CISNE, Ill. -- William S. "Bill" Hosselton, 55, of Clay City, died Saturday, Oct. 9, 1999, of cancer at Welborn Baptist Hospital in Evansville.

He was a farmer, oil field worker and member of the Zif Missionary Baptist Church in Clay City.

He served in the Army Reserves during the Vietnam War.

Surviving are his wife, Connie; three sons, Bill Jr. and Ryan, both of Clay City, and Greg of Manteno; a sister, Reveta Black of Carbondale; and three grandchildren.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Zif Missionary Baptist Church, with burial in Clay City Cemetery.

Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the Hosselton Funeral Home Cisne Chapel and from 10 a.m. to service time at the church.

Memorial contributions may be made to the church building fund.
