Mr. Alley was raised on a farm in Riceville Iowa and served in the Army Air Corp during WW-II. He is the son to the late Walter & Susan Estall Alley Sr. He received his Master Degree from Bradley University. He loved card and teaching. He taught high school and then college.
He is survived by her children, Scot, Gregory, Susan and Mary, his siblings, Phillip Adrienne, Bill and Richard. He is preceded in death by his wife, Rita.
