CHARLES O. CORNWELL, PINE GROVE, DIES BANCROFT-

Charles Otis Cornwell, 62, a resident of the town of Pine Grove most of his life, died Wednesday afternoon at his home two miles south of Bancroft. He had been in ill health since early spring. Funeral arrangements have not been completed.

Mr. Cornwell was born February 28. 1886, in Pine Grove. With the exception of two years in the state of Washington, he resided in this vicinity all his life. He married Miss. Edna Schenck, Pine Grove, in Bellingham, Wash., July 17, 1910.

Surviving are his wife, three children, Mrs. Emeline Stearns. The Dalles, Ore., Lawrence and Otis Cornwell, Pine Grove; two brothers Miles, Plainfield, and Oscar, Stevens Point. There are four grandchildren. Mr. Cornwell was a member of the Bancroft Modern Woodmen of America. The body is at the Goult Funeral home. Funeral arrangements await word from the daughter in Oregon.
